After graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design from Eastern Kentucky University in 2005, Adam began his career as a graphic designer working on print, branding and interactive projects for major college athletics properties at the renown sports marketing company, IMG College (then known as Host Communications).

In late 2006, he left his job to found T/A Martin Studio, a digital creative studio providing visual design, creative direction, brand strategy and social content to clients in sports, entertainment, tech and adjacent industries.
