Hi, y'all, I'm Adam. I've been working as a multidisciplinary designer and creative director for global brands remotely from Kentucky for nearly two decades. I reside near Lexington with my family and my Australian Shepherd named Razor (that was his name when we got him, we kept it because it could be communicated with an emoji 🪒).
I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Eastern Kentucky University in Spring '05 and have been working in design—both digital and print—in some capacity since. My first gig out of college was a print and interactive designer at Host Communications, a historically renown collegiate sports marketing agency (through a series of mergers and acquisitions, it became known as IMG College and is now known as Learfield).
In 2006, I opened T/A Martin Studio, my independent studio operating as a strategic brand & product consultancy, digital content resource, and multidisciplinary design studio for clients in sports, entertainment, and adjacent industries.
From 2014–2022, I created content as a side called Makers of Sport®, a a podcast and social media brand facilitating intellectual discussions around design, advertising, brands, tech in the global sports business. Makers of Sport was often referred to as an "MBA in Sports Design" and occasionally leveraged by college professors and creative leaders to educate students, colleagues, and new hires on the value of design in sports.
My design work has been honored by the Clio Sports Awards, Print Regional Design Awards, GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards and CoSIDA Publication Awards. In addition to those, my contributions to the sports design industry have appeared on the Adidas Group Blog, UniWatch,  Podcasts New & Noteworthy, ESPN.com, Adweek, and more.
I'm currently employed as a Senior Product Designer at Overtime where I'm collaborating cross-functionally with staff across the U.S. in order to build digital products for Overtime Elite, OT7, and our other leagues.
